Return and Refund Terms & Conditions
- The goods will not be accepted for a refund without a Return Authorisation Number.
- The customer has 30 days from the date the goods are received to return them unless an agreement is made.
- Returned goods must be in the original packaging, unused and free from defect.
- Solar Outlet will inspect all items and notify on the status of the refund/exchange.
- Refunds as per the original method of payment or credit placed on the customer’s account.
- Proof of purchase to be provided by the customer.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning goods and exchange.
- Solar Outlet reserves the right to refuse any return or refund at their discretion.
